Goods on this site are sold by Flowfinds Solutions Kft. ("Flowfinds", "we").

Ordering and contract

• Prices are shown in euros (EUR), and in US dollars (USD) for delivery to the United States. The price on the product page at the time of ordering is the price charged; standard shipping is included for every destination we ship to.
• The currency you are charged in is decided by the delivery destination you state at checkout, not by your location, your language or your card. A US delivery address is charged the US dollar price; every other destination is charged the euro price.
• Payment is taken by card at checkout. Card payments are processed by Teya on Teya's hosted payment page; we never receive or store your card number or security code.
• A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by the processor. Each order receives a reference in the form FF-…, shown on the confirmation page.
• If a product is unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund in full.
• Obvious pricing errors can be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.

Delivery

See Shipping & delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

United States orders

• Terms of delivery are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), Incoterms 2020. Flowfinds bears the cost of US import duty, tariffs and customs clearance on your order. You pay the price shown at checkout and nothing further to receive the goods.
• If a carrier or broker asks you for duty, tariff, clearance or brokerage charges on a Flowfinds order, do not pay; contact us and we will settle it. Where you have already paid such a charge, we reimburse it on production of the receipt.
• We do not collect US state or local sales tax at checkout. Flowfinds is established in Hungary and has no physical presence in the United States. Where your state levies use tax on goods bought from a seller outside the United States, accounting for it is your responsibility. If Flowfinds becomes required to collect sales tax in your state, we will begin doing so and it will be shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Returns for US orders are governed by the 30-day policy in Returns & warranty, which is granted by Flowfinds rather than required by law, and does not displace any right your state's law gives you.
• Goods are supplied from Hungary. They are intended for private use in the United States; you may not re-export them contrary to applicable export controls or sanctions.

Cancellation, returns and warranty

Consumer withdrawal rights, our returns process and the warranty that applies to each line — two years on most lines, a limited lifetime warranty on the DDR5 High Capacity 96–256 GB kits — are set out in Returns & warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Product information

Specifications describe the goods supplied. Memory performance depends on the host platform; rated speeds require a platform supporting them. Product photographs show the supplied product type; RGB lighting appearance varies with software control.

Liability

We are liable as required by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for defective goods under consumer protection law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for business (non-consumer) purchases is limited to the price paid for the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, the law of the seller’s place of registration. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your own country of residence.

That applies to consumers in the United States too: choosing Hungarian law does not take away the consumer protections your own state gives you, and nothing in these terms is intended to waive a right your state's law says cannot be waived.
