Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

We ship to European Union member states, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Cost

Standard tracked shipping is included in the product price for every destination we ship to, including the United States. The amount shown on the product page is the amount charged — there are no shipping charges added at payment.

Orders delivered to the United States are priced and charged in US dollars. The dollar figure shown on the product page is the figure charged; it is not a currency conversion applied at payment.

Dispatch and delivery time

Every kit is function-tested before dispatch, and orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed by the card processor.

EU and UK. Orders placed today: Delivered in 2–3 days.

United States. Orders are dispatched from Hungary on the same schedule. Transit time is longer than within Europe and depends on the service used and on customs clearance, so we do not print a single delivery date for US orders. Your dispatch notice carries the carrier, the tracking number and the expected delivery window for your shipment.

Tracking

Shipments are sent with tracking. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges — UK

For UK deliveries, any applicable import formalities are handled as part of our fulfilment. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment from you before delivery, contact us before paying and include your order reference.

Customs and import charges — United States

US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This is a commitment, not an estimate:

If a carrier or customs broker nevertheless asks you for a payment before releasing your parcel, do not pay it. Contact us first, quoting your order reference (FF-…), and send us whatever the carrier gave you. We will settle it directly with the carrier. If you have already paid such a charge, tell us and send the receipt — we will reimburse you.

This covers import duty and customs clearance. It does not cover any state or local use tax your own state may levy on goods bought from outside the United States, which is a matter between you and your state and is not something Flowfinds can pay on your behalf.

Higher-value orders. US Customs requires a formal entry for shipments valued above US$2,500, and a formal entry involves more paperwork than a normal parcel. The charges remain ours — that does not change. But the customs broker may need to contact you as the named consignee to complete the entry, for example to confirm your identity or to sign a one-off authorisation letting them clear the parcel for you. If that happens it is a normal part of clearing a high-value import and it is not a request for payment. If anyone contacts you about your order asking for money, treat it as above: do not pay, and contact us.

Problems with delivery

If a shipment arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference (FF-…).
